What You'll Do

• Lead comprehensive commissioning processes for MEP systems and building automation systems

• Develop and execute commissioning plans, test procedures, and performance verification protocols

• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and facility owners to ensure seamless project delivery

• Mentor junior engineers and technicians in commissioning best practices

• Drive continuous improvement in our commissioning methodologies and standards

 

What We're Looking For

• Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) certification required

• Certified Energy Manager (C.E.M.) certification preferred

• LEED AP or other LEED certification strongly preferred

• FE certification or PE License strongly preferred

• 5+ years of building commissioning experience in commercial, industrial, or critical facilities

• Expertise in building systems commissioning (HVAC controls, lighting systems, power distribution)

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional project teams

• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for solving complex technical challenges

• Commitment to excellence and continuous learning
